S'Wonderful S'Marvelous!!

I loooooove these Marc Jacobs backwards heels there amazing and genius(and I know I'm extremely late saying this). But my only question is how do you walk in them? I mean what happens when you forget to not walk on your heels? Absolute disaster!! But there genius anyways and I pity the poor models who had to walk in them during Fashion Week.
